Whether you have a question about your account, billing, the AI phone assistant, your booking page, or the Audia app, we're here for you. The fastest way to reach us is by email — reach out any time and a member of our team will get back to you.

We read every message and usually reply within one business day.

1.Contact support

Email us at hello@audia.tel or call or text (213) 214-3344 with any question or issue. Tell us what's happening and we'll help you sort it out — from setting up your account and phone number to troubleshooting calls, bookings, payments, or anything else.

2.What to include

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, it helps to include:

  • Your business name and the email address on your Audia account
  • A clear description of the problem and what you expected to happen
  • The steps that led to it, so we can reproduce it
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if the issue is visual

3.Billing & subscription

You can manage your plan, payment method, and invoices any time in the app under Settings → Billing. For billing questions, plan changes, or refund requests, email hello@audia.tel and we'll take care of it.

4.Text-message help

If you receive text messages from Audia, you can reply HELP to any message for assistance, or STOP to opt out of further texts at any time. You can always email us instead. See our SMS Terms for the full message-program details.

5.Privacy & data requests

To request access to or deletion of your personal data, email hello@audia.tel. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, see our Privacy Policy.
